Good to Grow – a food industry leader in education and events – and BC Food & Beverage – the largest industry association in BC representing over $7 billion in industry revenues – have announced a collaboration for 2022. Both organizations will work to bring value-added benefits to BC’s food and beverage processors.
Good to Grow will offer a brand new 4-part online workshop series in May exclusively through BC Food and Beverage for emerging food processors. In return, BC Food and Beverage will support Good to Grow by collaborating on their upcoming online learning cohorts – Sprout Series – starting January 11 and February 17, as well as their From the Ground Up Conference and Trade Show this Spring.

Good to Grow has spent the past four years working at strengthening the local BC food ecosystem by offering a one-day workshop, pitch event to post-secondary institutions, learning cohort, conference, and trade show that showcases products from all around the province. In addition, Good to Grow has an online grocery delivery store called BCLocalRoot.ca that sells only 100% BC grown, made, and/or packed products. The company’s founder and CEO, Andrea Gray-Grant says of the collaboration, “We are excited and confident that our collaboration with BC Food and Beverage will support in the elevation of our mission to strengthen our local BC food ecosystem and demonstrate that in working together we can achieve many significant milestones.”
