International business, Puratos, offering services and ingredients in the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate industry is set to open a brand new 1,500sqft Innovation Centre in the Fraser Valley on June 21st. With nearly 90 Innovation Centres around the world, this new facility will offer a location to host workshops, develop products and promote innovation in bakery, patisserie, and chocolate. The centre will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and it will help bakers, pâtissiers and chocolatiers of all sizes improve their skills and learn innovative ways of re-inventing traditional recipes. The support available from Puratos’ research and development team and technical advisors, will help customers to discover new ingredients, reflect on their production process and help maximize technological innovation and efficiency.
